Naomi Watts' Heath Ledger Ban.
LOS ANGELES — Naomi Watts may have spent many months in the arms of Heath Ledger prior to their break-up in 2004, but the Academy Award-nominated actress isn’t ready to talk about her late lover on camera just yet.
The star of the upcoming thriller "Funny Games" spent last week doing press for the eerie remake, but all members of the press were under strict orders not to approach the Ledger issue under any circumstances or else the interview will be "ceased immediately." "Naomi isn’t ready to talk about [Heath] with all eyes watching," an inside source told Pop Tarts. "It’s obviously still very painful and personal."

Rep denies racy tape is of ‘Sex’s’ Kristin Davis.
NEW YORK - While Sarah Jessica Parker and the girls have been busy shooting their “Sex” scenes for all to see on the streets of New York City, reports online have suggested one of her co-stars is featured in a real sex tape which has been leaked online. Lurid video stills began circulating earlier this week, showing what some have claimed is “Sex and The City” star Kristin Davis, caught in an explicit act. However, a rep for Davis (who plays “SATC” good girl Charlotte York Goldenblatt) told Access Hollywood it is not the actress featured in the racy video images

Report: Tons of rock, sand piled on bridge just before collapse.
MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota (AP) -- More than 191 tons of construction material was piled over the weakest areas of the Interstate 35W bridge shortly before the span collapsed into the Mississippi River, federal investigators said. The piles of rock and sand, to be used in resurfacing the bridge, were placed over steel gusset plates, connectors joining bridge beams, that were thinner than they should have been, the National Transportation Safety Board said in an update on its investigation Monday. The August 1 collapse near downtown Minneapolis killed 13 people and injured 145. The NTSB said it expects to produce its final report on the cause of the collapse by the end of the year.

Mummified dinosaur unearthed in North Dakota.
BISMARCK, North Dakota (AP) -- Using tiny brushes and chisels, workers picking at a big greenish-black rock in the basement of North Dakota's state museum are meticulously uncovering something amazing: a nearly complete dinosaur, skin and all. Unlike almost every other dinosaur fossil ever found, the Edmontosaurus named Dakota, a duckbilled dinosaur unearthed in southwestern North Dakota in 2004, is covered by fossilized skin that is hard as iron. It's among just a few mummified dinosaurs in the world, say the researchers who are slowly freeing it from a 65-million-year-old rock tomb. "This is the closest many people will ever get to seeing what large parts of a dinosaur actually looked like, in the flesh," said Phillip Manning, a paleontologist at Manchester University in England, a member of the international team researching Dakota.

The plan to save Britney Spears’ fortune.
There’s some belt-tightening going on in the Britney Spears camp, but it’s not because Spears is going broke or was recently told to pay Kevin Federline’s attorneys $375,000. The reason is that Britney Spears’ conservators and advisors want to make sure that Spears and her two kids, Sean Preston and Jayden James, can have everything they need. “If Britney Spears never goes back to work, there is no reason she and her kids shouldn’t be able to live a very comfortable life with the kind of money she has in the bank,” said a source close to the Spears family.

Judge: Heather Mills 'Underhanded'.
The judge in the Paul McCartney, Heather Mills divorce case found Mills’ behavior "distinctively distasteful" in his final findings on Tuesday. Indeed, Judge Bennett came very close to accusing Mills of trying to steal nearly a million dollars from McCartney during their marriage. The shocking recitation of Mills’ monetary malfeasance comes midway through his 58-page findings, beginning at No. 135 under "Wife’s Assets." Bennett tells the story of an office McCartney gave to Mills during their short marriage called Thames Reach for $900,000 on May 17, 2004.
