next month unless the pop star pays the more than $24 million he still owes on the property, according to a Tuesday court filing.
Financial Title Co. filed the notice of trustee's sale with Santa Barbara County Superior Court, setting the auction date for March 19.

| A magnitude 4.7 earthquake shook Britain early Wednesday, centered on the east coast north of London, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The British Geological Survey put the preliminary magnitude for the earthquake at 5.3 on the Richter scale, according to the British Press Association. There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries. The quake's center was about 125 miles (205 km) north of London, or about 30 miles (50 km) south of Kingston upon Hull, the USGS said. It struck just before 0100 GMT. "It felt pretty scary," Haydn Jones of Nottingham, who lives in a third-floor apartment, told CNN. Attorney John Eardley, who told The Associated Press he was the "only person who represents Britney Spears," filed documents in federal court asserting that she is being held by her father in a situation that violates her civil rights.
A lawyer for James Spears said in papers filed Monday that Eardley cannot represent the singer because a probate judge in state court found that Britney Spears
"lacks the capacity to hire an attorney, and Mr. Eardley cannot remove the conservatorship proceedings on his own behalf."

Last night, the Japanese tourists failed to arrive from the Valley of the Winds walk at The Olgas.

AN Indonesian man who admits stabbing an Australian woman to death in Bali then sold stolen items from her home to buy presents for his girlfriend, police say.
Ahmad Fahrul Rosi was paraded in front of journalists in Bali today after he was arrested in East Java last night (AEDT).
The 23-year-old admitted he stabbed Sydney woman Heidi Murphy to death earlier this month.
Police said Murphy was stabbed 37 times after she awoke to find Rosi robbing her house. The body of the 34-year-old, who ran a garment business in Bali, was found on February 10.
"Yes I regret it, at first I was going only to steal,'' Rosi said during a press conference called by Bali police.
"I admit what I did.''

A RESTAURANT owner who fatally stabbed an "aggressive" patron who complained about
slow service has been sentenced to seven years in prison.
Khanh Vo, 35, grabbed a paring knife from the kitchen of his restaurant in the Melbourne suburb of Abbotsford and stabbed Anh Dung Nguyen, 54, during a fight on April 16, 2006. Vo, of Ivanhoe, pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of Mr Nguyen at the Vietnamese restaurant Bon Mua, which Vo ran with his wife.
